This plaque commemorates the service of
the Battalions of the Royal Anglian Regiment and forebear Regiments
who where stationed in the British Sector of Berlin
as part of the Berlin Infantry Brigade defending the freedom of West Berlin
from 1948.

Die dunkle Schiefertafel ist über der für die Royal Fusiliers auf einem Mauersegment rechts neben dem Hauptweg hinter der Kasernenzufahrt befestigt. Sie wurde am 19.5.2022 in Anwesenheit von rund 30 Personen enthüllt. Es sprachen Oberstleutnant Melanie Heyde und ein Vertreter der Veteranen des Royal Anglian Regiment.
